Our foray into the hotel industry dates back to 2000, and over the years, we have extended our services to a diverse range of hotels and resorts, both in India and internationally. Our journey in hotel management began in the era of Facsimile machines, and we have since evolved our strategies to incorporate cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence and futuristic algorithms

Mr. Rahim Virani, Mr. Piyush Bhatnagar, and Mr. George Thomas established 3Q Progressive Alliance in Goa, drawing upon their vast experience in the hospitality industry. With a rich history of developing successful businesses and managing numerous resorts across India, the trio has introduced innovative strategies and operational methods throughout their careers.
Their collective expertise in business development and involvement in various start-ups and early-stage ventures are hallmarks of their entrepreneurial spirit. As part of their management and leadership roles, they have contributed to the success of prominent hotels and resorts like Holiday Inn Golden Mile HongKong, Holiday Inn Singapore, Holiday Inn Bangkok, Holiday Inn Penang, Holiday Inn Goa, Cidade De Goa, Somy Resort, Lambana Resort, and many more in cities like Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Corbett, Theog etc.
Their vision culminated in the creation of their unique 4 Star Ocean Palms Resort, boasting 73 rooms and located in the picturesque Calangute beach.
